Abstract

Acknowledging the growing concern about the impact of climate change on health and the value of easy-to-use resources for nurse educators, a team of nurses, educators and healthcare professionals undertook a project to create a concise presentation that aligns with undergraduate nursing education requirements and best practices for licensure and accreditation. The process of developing course materials, testing and revising the material with feedback from other educators and students is described. The course materials, including presentation slides, references and case studies that are now in use at test schools, are reviewed. Plans for further refinement and dissemination are discussed.
